589 Terms and Conditions – Official Platform Usage Guidelines

1Introduction

589 (hereinafter referred to as "the platform", "we" or "589") is an online gaming platform operating exclusively for the Malaysian market. The platform provides sports betting, live casino games, slot games, card games, and various other online entertainment services to registered members.

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between 589 and every user who registers for or uses the services provided by this platform. This Agreement should be read together with the 589 Privacy Policy and the 589 Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of this overall agreement.

589 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the member's responsibility to review this document periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.

2Account Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Only individuals aged 18 and above are eligible to register for and use 589's services. 589 takes the protection of minors seriously and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be owned by underage individuals will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 589 platform. This includes one account per IP address, one account per device, one account per mailing address, and one account per payment method. Registering more than one account is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being frozen or closed without a refund.

2.3 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. 589 reserves the right to verify this information at any time through the identity verification (KYC) process. Information required during registration includes:

• Full name as shown on your identity card or passport
• Exact date of birth
• Current residential address
• An active phone number that can be reached
• A valid and active email address

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

589 conducts a thorough identity verification process to ensure the safety of all members and to comply with industry standards. You may be required to submit verification documents such as a copy of your identification card, bank statement, or recent utility bill. Withdrawal processing above certain limits requires full KYC verification.

3Account & Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 589 account username and password. You are advised to use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other account, and to change it regularly.

All activity that occurs under your account is considered to be actions carried out by you. 589 will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your login credentials. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, please contact our support team immediately.

A 589 account is for the personal use of the account holder only. Sharing your account, transferring account ownership, or allowing others to use your account to make deposits or withdrawals is strictly prohibited.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

4.4 Member Responsibilities

5Bonuses & Promotions

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts

6Game Rules

All games on the 589 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited by an accredited third party. The outcome of each game is final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error on the platform's part.

6.1 Sports Betting

589 offers an extensive sports betting market covering leagues and competitions from around the world. All displayed odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Any bet placed on incorrect odds due to a technical error will be voided and a refund will be issued.

6.2 Live Casino & Slots

Live casino and slot games are subject to the individual game rules issued by their respective game providers. 589 is not liable for any technical disruptions on the provider's end, but we are committed to ensuring a fair resolution for members in any such situation.

7Member Conduct

589 members are required to conduct themselves with courtesy and responsibility while using the platform. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension or closure:

• Using automated software or tools to place wagers (bot betting)
• Systematically engaging in betting arbitrage to exploit odds discrepancies
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes
• Using offensive language, threats, or harassment toward support staff
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process
• Engaging in any action that could compromise the integrity of the platform or other members

8Account Suspension & Closure

589 reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons without prior notice:

• Violation of any term in this document
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the specified timeframe
• Requests from relevant authorities
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the 589 support team. Before closure is processed, all wagering requirements associated with active bonuses must be fulfilled, and any outstanding withdrawals will be processed according to standard procedures.

9Liability Limits

589 shall not be liable for any financial losses incurred through the use of this platform, including but not limited to betting losses, service disruptions, technical failures, or processing delays caused by third parties such as payment providers or game software suppliers.

While 589 takes all reasonable precautions to ensure the security and availability of the platform, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions, errors, or malware. You are responsible for ensuring your device is secure and up to date.

589's maximum liability to any member under any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the arising of that liability claim.

10Terms Amendment & Applicable Law

589 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to members via notices on the platform or by email. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

This agreement is governed by applicable law, and any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to mutually agreed arbitration.
